Start with the right file

Your download includes US Letter and A4 versions. Choose the file that matches the paper in your printer: US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches; A4 is 210 × 297 mm. Open the PDF in a PDF viewer before printing.

Check the preview

Choose the matching paper size in the print dialog. Start with Actual size or 100% scale. Check that the preview shows the entire worksheet. If your printer clips an edge, try Fit to printable area and check the preview again.

Try one page first

Use ordinary printer paper and print one test page. The worksheets work in black and white. Confirm that text is readable and there is enough writing room before printing additional copies.

Make it yours on paper

These are write-in PDFs, not editable templates. A pen or pencil is all you need. For a reusable routine, place a printed page inside a reusable dry-erase sleeve and use an appropriate marker.
