Empty your mental list
Write down the appointments, errands, household jobs, and loose ends you are trying to remember. Keep the first pass messy. You are collecting things, not committing to everything.
Choose three priorities
Pick a few things that would make the week feel easier. Put appointments and real deadlines in first, then add your priorities. Leave some open space for things you cannot predict.
Give repeat tasks a home
Choose a realistic day for groceries, laundry, or a quick household reset. Attach small routines to something you already do, such as checking tomorrow’s plan after dinner.
Close the loop
At the end of the week, cross off what is done and reconsider what remains. Move a task because it still matters, not simply because it was on last week’s list.
